Finance Manager

Industria are looking for an Operations Finance Manager with previous commercial experience of delivering planning and budgeting in accordance with our Client's remit.

Key Characteristics

For this role we require someone with the following characteristics:

• Nearing the end of or having obtained a financial oriented qualification, preferably ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• At least five years experience in a similar role.
• Hands on management experience.
• Complete fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into financial information that can be used for decision making.
• Excellent written, oral, numeracy and communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain effectiveness in a pressurised environment.
• Has the ability to think strategically, build relationships and be a team player.
• Can demonstrate initiative, creativity and drive.
• Competent in the use of MS Office Product suite.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and functionality.

Core Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for embedding operational strategy, driving change, planning and forecasting, financial, risk and control oversight.
• Cash flow projections.
• Ensure relevant outputs from the Finance System are provided to clients in accordance with agreed formats and timeframes.
• Liaise with head office finance and management team where necessary.
• Manage the day to day running of a busy start up office.
• Liaise with bank and build and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Set up and implement billing process for customers.
• Provide financial support to projects.
